RETURNS:
USA orders: All sales are final due to the sensitivity of our products. Returns are not permitted. International Orders: International shipping is complex; once an order is shipped, all international orders are final.
Under no circumstances are returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund, including shipping charges.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
REFUNDS/ CREDITS (IF APPLICABLE): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund or Credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. If you are receiving a Credit, it will be issued to you.
SALE ITEMS: Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES: Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@plamereglobal.com for further instructions.
SHIPPING (WHEN APPLICABLE): You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one. If you are shipping an item, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that we receive it.
Please keep in mind that our products have a one-year warranty. (It will be applied in cases of manufacturing defects, but not in cases of user mishandling.)
